Where Braemar Securities Limited (“BSL”) is acting as an Organised Trading Facility (“BSL OTF” ) alongside acting as an exchange in line with the definition of REMIT, it will meet the definition of an Organised Market Place (“OMP(s)”).
 
Any physical derivative executed on the BSL OTF will be eligible for REMIT Transaction Reporting (“REMIT TR”) and completed by BSL for market participants (“MP(s)”) as required under Article 8 of (EU) No 1227/2011 as amended by (EU) 2024/1106. If an MP does not want BSL to perform REMIT reporting on its behalf, it must inform BSL of this in writing.

BSL will REMIT report all orders to trade where we receive an order or an indication of interest on Trayport Screen meeting the definition of an OMP.

REMIT TR is not applicable to BSL in the capacity of non-trading broker / not MP under the REMIT definitions. Where BSL block trades on exchange after bringing two parties together, the Exchanges which are registered OMP(s) should satisfy and complete the REMIT TR obligation for those members who executed together. REMIT TR is not applicable for any non-trading broker activity performed by BSL.
